The staff recommendions are subpar at the best of time also limited knowledge. The new person was working completely ignored what I was asking for. Not overly friendly and looked down at and super passive aggressive. Won’t be coming back.

Unprofessional customer service. Certain pink, dead frizzy haired staff member attempted to refuse giving me my "pre-paid" order because she wanted to see my bank card after verifying i was indeed the customer by seeing my identification. Then proceeded to lecture about bringing the bank card I paid with when i never needed to do so previously. Their website doesn't even mention the need for a bank card. Only and last time this has ever happened, will definately be taking all business to a far more professional dispensary... Omagakki's Dispensary. Can only imagine how many other customers this staff member is going to steer towards other dispensaries through their sheer stubborness, attitude and incompetence.

Well... got my bud! Staff definitely needs training in friendly service, the attitude is unreal. Almost felt unwanted there.
