Quality of product didn't get chance, atmosphere couldn't see? Service don't understand? Walk in the door your blocked dead with no where to go, listening to people talk on the other side. Sign shows have your ID ready I'm 60? But I get it LoL I had to say excuse me since never being there before. I asked do you just serve 1 person at a time? She said no there is another person here but they are also busy with another customer. So 2 people I needed get to appointment she suggest I come back well I will never come back to this place it is not the atmosphere for me. Guess I'm spoiled at my weed shop Highland cannabis there plenty people serving many customers at once quick in out there!

I reviewed this place, and an attempt to a justifiable reason for the rudness of a staff member goes like this in the image posted below. If you don't want individuals bring phones in to potentially put a call through to a spouse, friend before making a purchase then place a signage bold and clear at the entrance stating, " PLEASE PHONES ARE NOT ALLOWED IN STORE, DON'T MAKE CALLS OF LOOKUP PRODUCTS WHILE IN STORE". Make it clear, don't build up policies on the spot and make decisions based on suspicion of your long term clients . Thank you

Welcome to the Twilight Zone Stepped in a line up of 7-8 people, got to the front of the line and they wouldn't sell me product without first calling their hotline. They said they would get fined half a million dollars if they made a sale that wasn't pre-meditated. I call the hotline outside of the store in negative weather... place my order and get back in a line up again of 6-7 people. When I get to the desk again,. they got my order wrong. I said no, it's the wrong amount... they proceed to tell me I am wrong... about the order.. I just made... 1 MINUTE AGO!!!!!! Come for the overpriced weed, stay for the customer experience which if I could give negative stars to I would. What a waste of space for a company that doesn't know how to be a business.. way to be a champion of your consumers. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND and based on the average of stars in their reviews across the web, they won't be around much longer.

Placed order online. Paid for order online. Recieved nothing. Tried calling, no answer. Take your money elsewhere. Do not go here.

If you pre order don't expect to by pass the line. What a joke.

Great place to go, great atmosphere and friendly staff. The displays are amazing and the selection is insanely huge, sometimes cheaper then OCS other times (most times) $5 - $10 more but it’s local and no waiting on delivery. Lots of vape cartridges here as well (shatter pens) Once you go there you’ll find yourself wanting to come back weekly, wish we had one closer as I take a bus. A+++

Can’t wait our first store in Kitchener. I will be there on opening day
