    You shouldn’t be surprised by New York’s vote. You aren’t allowed to do anything in New York. You can’t own a lot of firearms, at one time you couldn’t even have certain soft drinks in some parts and that may still be the case. It’s New York. There is a high concentration of highly manipulated people in New York (center of advertising and fashion industry where people are “told” what is what) and organized crime, a direct competitor to legalized cannabis, is heavily entrenched as well.
