As a new medical patient I've tried a few different strains and most seem to be too strong for me right now. I don't really care for the Sativa effect as much as the Indica. Trying Jillybean for the first time gave me the exact effect I was looking for. The best way to describe it would be similar to a mellow alcohol buzz without the negative effects afterwards (headaches & hangovers). The effects were felt immediately after inhalation and only lasted about 1 hour so I had to continue with my Pax vaporizer. This is perfect for beginners as I experienced no anxiety or paranoia. Not a very strong buzz either...

Let me preface this review by saying I am a new patient so I'm not used to the effects of different strains yet. OK, so I had 3 fairly long drags off a pre-roll and the effects took about 10 minute to hit and when they did, they hit HARD!!! I had an immediate rush of anxiety...more of a panic attack but that only lasted approx 15 minutes at which point the head high kicked in. Soon after I was in an awesome state of arousal which my wife and I both benefited from. For the next 2 hours or so I was in an extremely euphoric state. Very out of body experience which I did not enjoy at all. All my thoughts turned quite sinister and time seemed to slow waaaay down. I'm guessing this is the paranoia effect. After the lengthy high began to ease I began experiencing a headache which is one reason for my patient status. All in all I wound caution any new patient from trying this strain as it almost completely turned me off for any future use...almost. I'll keep trying to find one that works for me. Good luck!! I'm giving it a 7/10 because I'm sure it rates as a great strain, just didn't do it for me.
