I tried looking up the genetics on this strain, and the info is very muddled. Apparently there is a Purple Dragon clone only strain going around the west coast which is Blue Dragon x Purple Urkle, and then there is another Purple Dragon strain coming out of somewhere in Canada which include genetics from Dutch Dragon, Purple Haze, and BC bud. I picked up 1g from Relief Choices of Warren (not East Lansing, which is the only one listed on this site) in Michigan. They listed it as an indica. There is no purple to be seen in the bud, but it was a very healthy bright green and dense bud. The high is a definite creeper. It starts with a feeling of expansion in the lungs and slowly ascends into an uplifting euphoric high, before making its way down the body and relaxing it. Very body relaxing, yet mentally uplifting and not couchlocking. It left me slightly dazed and confused at first with its mental rush, and then settles into a nice mellow cerebral high with a relaxing but workable body buzz. It helped very much to relieve pain in the pinched discs in my back. I definitely wish i had bought more.

smell: citrusy and sour taste: floral, with a citrus hint effect: very euphoric, uplifting, and focusing. it also helped relieve pain from the flattened discs in my back. the high lasted for hours, and the come down did not make me feel drowsy at all. One of the best dispensary meds I have had in Michigan!
