This calms me down and I could fall asleep, im not sure if it worked for my anxiety, but it might for others, also it taste pretty fresh!

I rated this a one, BUT only because it really didn’t help my anxiety. It might not worked for me, but doesn’t mean it sucks, just might be better for others just not me, i suffer from pretty bad anxiety so i might need something stronger!
