This place is no longer OMMP there 100% focused on rec. There almost all in-house concentrates are crappy and way over priced for in-house. Should never be over 30 even nug run when i can get top shelf concentrate for 30 just 6 blocks down the road! There ommp set up is crap and small and there is alwas a long line with one person working OMMP side. Why separate the two just have all the bud on one side and ommp on the other and give ommp discount at register? This used to be my #1 spot

The good bad and ugly The good i have had the pleasure of meeting two employees and the owner. Its very refreshing to walk into a dispensarys and talk to employees that are educated on products and yet not completely faded, dab out, stoned like most dispensarys in town. The bad This place is huge use it. There are only 3 displays and no refrigerator. The down right UGLY Pre package products that are not scaled out in front of the customer. Back room handling of products feels reminiscent of black market deals. I get that this place used to be a bank but the glass wall is impersonal and make one feel as if you dont trust us....as in why should we trust what you grabbed out of the back room and pre bagged is what we ordered? I have never been wronged here im just making a point. I used to come here all the time because they had the best prices on concentrate but all the other dispensarys in town have sence matched price and also run deals on wed and sat that beat there price. Also on my 1st visit i was told that they dont give a free gift as advertised and that it must have been a different bloom location. I and my wife and friends have never received a VIP text. The owner is nice and the employees are nice so no disrespect to them. I just hope they learn to trust their customers and intergrate more into there beautiful store.

Hey dude... waaat man... is not what you will get here. Professional clean and friendly is what you will find here. Great buds for smoke. They do not carry a lot of concentrate but they do have a good variety in price range from cheep PROPER to nug run OM. If bud is all you are able to buy right now check this place out!

Best location hands down. I drive from north portland pass at least 25 to 30 locations on the way and dont stoop at any until i get to FOSTER BUDS best deals on extracts hands down.... and they have the best selection of OM my favorite smoke! Check out any dispensary then come here to see the difference.

Why are some of you concentrates so expensive. I would think that an established name with multiple locations would be able to pull a better price on things like om and pop. It just seems that some of the smaller locations are selling it for cheeper the same brand and same contents. Please help me to understand.

its in every dispensary in portland and im not sure why. its not a bad smoke but as far as blue strains go its not may favorite. i think this is a good one for light weights or people just starting out.

ok what can i say. i will start with the good. the location is beautifully done and they have a parking lot. they only had about 15 to 18 flavors but the look and smell of the strains i checked out where very nice so i picked out a few. it seems they have a nice edible set up and they had a few concentrates but seems a lot less then on advertised on here. so i picked up 2 vape pen oils. on to the bad out of the 4 different buds i pick up one was 100% un manicured and yet was still top shelf. im not sure they even have any non top shelf prices. not a deal braker but still frustrating. the bud tender was very nice but like most dispensary i have been to in Portland he was stright faded. i get it we all smoke and thats great but i dont always want to be gretted at the door by Keanu Reeves from Point Brake "dude". now on to the really bad the vape pen oils i pick out had fantastic flavor but i paid for .5g and i could tell that the .5g cartridge was less then 1/4 full. so i drained out the other one on my super over priced scale to a wopping .372g unsmoked and fully drained. i am not sure if this is an in-house product or came from a vendor but either way its very disappointing to say the least. this unfortunately will keep me from returning to this beautiful location.

sorry nothing special about this one. Big chunky buds with no or little flavor and average high

one of my top choice. flavors of deep earthy pine and funk expands nicely in the lungs and taste just the same coming out. fanfuckingtastic

1st time employees are great. location sucks so Sketchy dont go at night out door lighting sucks and its located on felony flats. i spent 76 bucks on crumble my 1st time around. i have had good budget wax many times. this is not one of them. the 19 wax is UNSMOKEABLE. so so SO harsh on the lungs. i was so excited i run home and open one up looking so good i toss small small chunk in my bowl and hit... 3hrs later when i could breath again and stoped coughing. i though maybe it was me. so i tried again with a different wax. it was the same lung in searing pain. 76 bucks down the drain.. sorry guys i get MUCH MUCH BETTER AND CLEANER BUDGET WAX AT MANY OTHER LOCATIONS. With that said the bud is not bad 12 bucks a gram is a rip off but the bud was good. to bad i came for wax. SMOKE AT UR OWN RISK.
