Great selection and fair prices but the delivery service is horrible. My order was marked as delivered but I never received it and the delivery service they use doesn't capture any actual proof of delivery so it's the driver's word over yours and I'm now required to file a police report and submit it to the OCS just for a chance at a refund on my order...
