This is my favorite strain. My main issues are fibromyalgia, chronic pain, chronic headaches, chronic tendonitis, depression, IBS, insomnia, naseau, severe stress. This strain made me forget about all others. Unfortunately previous to my medical card I had gotten DL from a recreational dispensary and it checked off all the boxes for me..... Happy, uplifting, focused, relaxed, as well as a significant improvement of my pain level. I do not remember being nauseated when I had tried it though........but I wouldn't be surprised if it helped with that to. I pray dispensaries start carrying this strain soon!! Patients with severe debilitating and chronic pain issues would very, very much appreciate it. I highly, highly recommended.

Only went once. They had inexpensive strains, but I didn't see one that I wanted or would have purchased. I left with one pre-roll and that was not good. The help and hostess were very hospitable & courteous etc...but their product was so lack there of that I will never go back again.

Patriot Care has some impeccable budtenders. A few go above and beyond to help you find exactly what you are looking for Wich is why I have chosen not to penalize Patriot Care for a few bad apples. I have Ankylosing Spondilosis(A.S.) and Fibromyalgia. So when I visit the recreational counter...I am not just looking for CBD and THC content. Terpenes matter!!! If the few grouchy service associates get weeded out...this place will be ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ all day long. I have been to three dispenseries thus far and Patriot Care is my all around favorite. Commonwealth, Patriot Care and Siri are always a good bet on top quality bud. As far as the new vendors very recently added.....they are not coming close to the quality Patriot Care, Siri or Commonwealth growers have gotten me accustomed to.

Was not disappointed. Hurkle made me happy, relaxed and also helped my fibromyalgia pain. If I had to report it's best quality...........🤔FOCUS! 😁 Which is not found often.

One of my new TOP 5 favorite strains ever. I have fibromyalgia and this strain is amazing. Lifted my mood, reduced my stress, pain, insomnia...you name it. It definitely checked off ALL my boxes. I hope the despensaries keep this on hand. Thumbs up to the Commonwealth Alternative Care for growing it & Patriot Care for having it :0)!!!

This is definitely the best strain I have ever tried. Lasts quite a while. Helped with pain/stress/anxiety...you name it.
