Suffering from insomnia and not wanting to depend on heavily sedating medications, I gave tinctures a try. I LOVE BLUE CHEESE TINCTURE! Since this tincture is in alcohol, I put a quarter of the dropper in a medicine cup with some juice. Less than an hour later, I began to feel calm, relaxed and ready for bed. With my mind at ease (and not racing from thought to thought) I was able to get a full 7 hours of sleep without waking up in the night or feeling drowsy the next morning.
