my fave insomnia strain, but it helps with muscle spasms, pain & anxiety. definitely indica hammer, you will sleep after, even with severe intractable insomnia i sleep with this. the flavor is always more fruity tasting or sweet, in concentrate form, OG not mac. I never get tired of this strain, I'll mix in other things, but always return to the one sleep med that beats anything I've tried, including hash plants & other legal buys & grows. I usually get my OG alien cookies in the form of crumble, it's nearly white, melts easy & goes down easy, plus some coughing. it's at the top of my list along with blackberry kush & 70s hash.
