Mild, earthy taste. Pretty strong dry mouth for me; eyes seemed okay. Moderate to no munchies. BMR tends to inspire extreme emotions in me - my happies are giddy; my sads are weepy. Very relaxing, body heavy. Sometimes puts me to sleep, even when I'm not tired beforehand.
