Love this place. Cloud 9 is a great place to get any type of bud you seek without being overwhelmed by too many choices. The quality of bud is great and my bud tender Kayley (not sure if spelled right) was very knowledgeable and made my first visit fun too. I highly recommend visiting this dispensary and stop at the Tacqueria next door. Match made in heaven

Cloud Nine is my favourite dispensary in Victoria. The staff are always informative, helpful and make you feel comfortable. They have a lot of knowledge about the products and can guide you depending on your needs. The selection of buds are great and I've used a few tinctures from them which have also been very helpful.

It's been a blast and the staff were very helpful and friendly and approachable positive attitude. I think I've found my new favorite place to be able to get what I need to get through the day... I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants the same thing as I do or more... You guys rock!

All the reviews for Cloud Nine are paid for, I would keep that in mind. They claim all their flower is lab tested but the bud tenders can not agree on what the THC% or CBD% is for any given strain. If you have lab testing on a strain how come you still give the customer a range of what the THC percentage could be?. Friendly enough people but very little cannabis knowledge. They do not do refunds even if they are 100% at fault. It’s a very rushed shopping experience. If there are people in line behind you the bud tenders hurry the process along and do not make it a welcoming environment to ask questions. The last time I was there one of the girls working referred to the high THC strains as “recreational” when compared to CBD strains, that simply isn’t true. They will most likely respond to this review, it would have been great if they put the same effort into solving problems with their customers when it matters.

This was my first visit to the shop. I found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful and felt comfortable right away. Also it’s smelled amazing as soon as I walked through the door! The interior of the shop was clean and well organized, will definitely be back in the future.

Came to Victoria for the first time from Toronto, and googled for a dispensary close by, which led me here to Cloud 9. Was very impressed with the friendly atmosphere and the help when choosing the right strain for my needs. Great selection and upscale. Would highly recommend !

Love it! They got me signed up fast. everyone was super nice. The bud-tenders were super friendly, knowledgeable and total babes! Great selection of buds to choose from and I found the quality to be top shelf. I travel a lot and so far this is my favorite dispensary of anywhere I've been in North America!

My first visit was a very pleasant experience. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly, happy to be there. Got what I needed for chronic pain and will be back again.

This was my first experience visiting a dispensary and was impressed with the whole experience. The staff were amazing and it was stress free sign up. The quality of the flower is amazing and the selection was great, many varieties. The staff took the time to tailor my purchases with the multiple chronic conditions I face on a daily basis. I would highly recommend this establishment to everyone and will be back.

Gotta love the paid visit to the practitioner and the headache free membership process! Makes it easy to have access to your medicine. Their bud is good, but nothing spectacular. They need a better curing process to reduce humidity and stickyness. Being a member of other dispensaries with a huge selection, I also feel let down by the low variety of strains available. I haven't tried their extracts, so I can't comment on that. The service is generally awesome tho! Knowledgeable people who seem stoked about their jobs and what they're doing!
