Cloud Nine Collective Victoria

My favourite thing is the friendly staff who recognize me and are always complimentary of my choices, and ready with a suggestion when I have a specific request. Both Cloud Nine dispensaries are equally clean, bright, and welcoming. I've found ordering online is best as it has most of the info I need regarding THC content and terpene ratios. It helps to check your order as I've found some strains can vary their THC content considerably on back-to-back purchases, and also an occasional error in quantities delivered at point of sale.

Great location! Pretty big selection , similar prices to other shops , the products I use are cheaper here. Will be back!

Friendly, knowledgeable staff, quick pick up times, and generally a wide selection of product and strains. Could update their sample cases more frequently, and stock more product in the single gram sizes.

Lovely shop, lovely people, lovely location.

I am traveling from Alberta and just didn’t want the hassle of flying with my medication. I didn’t bring anything with me in hopes of finding a good licensed shop locally. I wasn’t disappointed, found the Cloud Nine shop and met with Graham as soon as I entered. Totally helpful and didn’t make me feel rushed, even though they were extremely busy. Beautiful clean layout with a nice wide variety of items. Kudos to Cloud Nine for hiring the right people and presenting as a truly professional business. Would recommend without hesitation, 10/10 experience.

i have been coming here for over 1 year and this place never lets me down ! i tend to have a very picky taste for really good herb and this place has definitly some of the best stuff iv seen in victoria ! the staff are quite knowledgable about the strains and products as well ! will definitly be coming in for more !!

The staff was very friendly and helpful, large range of products, and I loved the fact that they have a little rolling station for customers to use before they leave, it was the first time I saw that at a dispensary, it was great.

I'm a picky bugger with dispenseries, I avoid most of the large ones around Victoria simply due to over pricing, or GARBAGE quality. Not the case here. While they don't have as much selection as larger stores, the staff is much more familiar with the strains they do have in Stock, and they are much fresher. They let you see the buds (which are crystal coated like frosted flakes) when making your selection, and have an VERY WELL AIR CONDITONED BUILDING! And of course the bud tenders are real cute and make me melt :3

The staff is amazing! I'm not from around here so the concept of a dispensary was completely new to me, but they were just so friendly and helpful with every question that I've had. They also suggested the strain I should try based on my preferences and it was just what I was looking for. I would recommend it to anyone that's in the area. :)

The first time I came in I was thouroughly impressed. It was incredibly busy so I had to wait, but thats not really a bad thing for a first timer. It gave me an oppotunity to see how the staff handled a busy environment and all I could see were the staff trying to make sure every customer was satisfied. Even my personal experience was amazing. I had just gone in to apply and buy some pre rolls but they still treated me as if i was of the most importance, and i feel thats what enployees should do everywhere. Make theyre customer feel as if they are the most important one all day. This dispensary deserves the 5 star rating im leaving for it!

Super helpful, knowledgeable in a lot of the up and coming dialog of the industry, with insights on the spectrums, compositions, and medicinal capacities of the herbs offered. Great Service, seems like these guys really enjoy their job. :)

I've visited many dispensaries throughout Victoria and Cloud 9 is an absolute favourite! The staff truly represent the very best in everything you'd expect from a Victoria dispensary. The information they give you is ACCURATE(they actually know what the hell they're talking about!) and there isn't an immense pressure to buy anything if it doesn't suit your needs. I look forward to being a long time member with them!
