Good prices Friendly & knowledgeable Staff who could ask for more the herb is great too definitely recommend this dispensary if you are in downtown victoria also lots of goodies like edibles concentrates oils etc..

Love going to cloud 9! Everyone is always so friendly and knowledgeable. I love how they actually talk to you about strains and let you smell them, they always get me excited about my purchase! Always have me leaving with a smile on my face :)
