The amosphere was clean and aesthetically pleasing, it smells nice, the employees were knowledgeable and were helpful in finding me the right product for my taste, and the prices aren't bad compared to other legal dispensaries I've been to. I highly recommend this store

The worst customer experience ever. Staff are rude and inexperienced. Last time I went there, they tried to ID my passengers in my car, who DID NOT come inside or even leave the car. Ignore the fact we are all legal adults, why would anyone who did not enter or look at the god damn building have to show id? Are people not allowed to stop in if they have passengers? What about parents looking for smoke, who just picked their kids up from school, are you gonna deny everyone who has a passenger? Will never be coming back and I could never recommend Dutch love to anyone. If you’re near the mall and need some smoke, walk an extra 5 minutes and go literally anywhere but here.

The store is very bright, open and friendly feeling and the staff were very friendly and helpful! I did find the product to be quite dry though but other than that it was an excellent experience.

First and still the best for retail Cannabis in greater Kelowna area. Still operating in a thoughtful manner through the Covid-19 pandemic. My mainstay!

I love the helpful staff at this location as well as the variety they offer on their menu. I can find many of the value and top shelf products that I like to enjoy. Recommondations have been on point so please keep it up!

The storefront is nice and the staff are helpful, however, the product and quality control are atrocious. There have been multiple occasions where I've been sold cannabis that held a shelf life of 1+ years. The staff, unfortunately, don't stand by there product enough to honour exchanges either, so if you notice the package date after opening you're hooped. The fact that Hobo sells such old and substandard products for full price is pretty annoying and makes shopping here incredibly inconsistent.

very great store! lots of knowledgeable staff and varying and good quality products! some strains may be a bit dryer but THAT'S NOT THE STORES FAULT, the producers that sell the weed to hobo are at fault! all hobo does is provide the cannabis. before making any assumptions please visit the store and find out for yourself, be sure to ask questions the staff or managers will be glad to help! many strong and tasty strains are available when they get their stock in! please remember that this is THE FIRST legalized store in kelowna and legalized weed is brand new so of course there will be some kinks to work out. if you're curious if they have the product you want just give a call first!
