this location used to be great, the staff would come have a conversation with you and guide you to a bud that really suits your plans. the last few months have been less personal and more rushed and pushy. theres an older lady and guy that give attitude and are reluctant to help. its really unfortunate to see how this store has fallen.
Cannabis store response:

Felt like walking into an Apple store. The staff were all really friendly and walked around with their tablets to help you figure out what you wanted/ needed and made great recommendations. I ended up getting some Alien Dawg, it was a great recommendation but the product itself was very very dry. I would strongly recommend New Leaf but I think I might try something else and hope the product is a little bit better. Would also be nice if the menu boards weren’t down but that was only temporarily
Cannabis store response:
Hi Epaulin22,
Thanks so much for your informed review! We're always striving to improve our service to you, and this certainly helps us along. We’re sorry to hear you had an unsatisfactory experience with the cannabis that you purchased in our store. All of the cannabis sold in our stores is packaged at the Licensed Producers facility, unfortunately, there is no way for our store staff to investigate humidity without compromising the packaging and rendering it unsaleable. As supply ramps up to meet demands we’re optimistic that dry cannabis is an issue that will become growing pain of the past.
Sincerely,
The NewLeaf Team
