Superette - Wellington Ottawa

The best one out of the 3 that opened. The layout reminds of a classic diner with the booth seating area. Nice laid back atmosphere. Unlike Fire and Flower which feels more like an apple store, which does not elicit any nostalgia. The staff at Superette are friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are better than Fire and Flower. Available selection covers the range nicely. Ontario awaits legislation regarding edibles and extracts to truly allow these shops to reach their full potential. Would buy from again, great job the shop.

I work in the industry and live near by this location so popped in for a visit. The interior design and overall branding is great, and the front door staff friendly. The budtenders though, are the hottest things since sliced bread. After finishing chatting with his mate across the room one of them beckoned us over with a flick of his head and a sigh like he'd been kept waiting. There was one sativa strain I was interested in so asked what he thought of the Rio Bravo. "It's a good seller" was the the automatic really, with a look of "do you know how many times I've been asked that today?". I then heard the next person ask him about a different strain, "it's a good seller" the budtender replied. I'm no weed snob, but the actual product was really dry, poor tasting, and weak unfortunately.

Any product I have bought from the store hs been at least decent if not good. But recently after I went to the store I had my product stolen by someone as I was a block away from the store. When I returned they informed that several employees had been aware of the thief scoping out the store. While I know I am not their problem as soon as I leave the store, they did nothing to try to rectify the situation after telling me they would follow up to see if there was anything I could do. I even called to get an update and was treated like I was a wierdo for following up. Unfortunate experience, hope it doesn’t happen to anyone else.

Coolest weed store of any sorts I had ever been to. Great selection and product but was pleasantly surprised by the athmosphere and look inside.

Staff on floor spoke as if they had no knowledge of any of the products which provided no value to me as a customer. Will not return to this store.

This is a great location. I have been to all 3 stores in the city and this is the only one I am a regular at. The budtenders are great and helpful. I would recommend super to anyone needed some great quality bud in Ottawa. Plus what's better than a pot shop in the best neighbourhood in the city. You can find amazing marijuana and find some of the best spots to eat after a tasty joint.

This store is all around unbelievable....the vibe is like nothing else. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. I'm a big fan - keep up the good work Superette!

The place is clean and organized but what really impressed me was the service. The people on the floor are extremely knowledgeable and willing to explain their product with a smile. I will definitely be a regular, highly recommend the place!

very good shopping for just the right strain

I’m fairly new to smoking. I had a couple million questions and the staff were super attentive and friendly. They gave some good advice and I bought two strains to try. One Sativa, one indica. I’ve been back since and the service is always friendly, the store is always neat and tidy and the atmosphere is pleasant.

Just needs better parking access to be perfect.

The place was really well put together with an awesome environment. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Only downsides/complaints I would have is that they were out of bags and a few of my products were from late 2018. Though I don't hold this against them as I feel this is more the fault of the planning from the government. Overall awesome place have and will recommend to many.

Nice clean and professional, yet also chill. Friendly staff too. The only downside is that the high potency sells out quickly. Not their fault, I blame the Gov't for ruining it.

The menu board said a certain strain had 21%, so I bought some. But before leaving the store, I checked and found the product was 17.8%. Demanded refund and this outlet gets one more chance. Try to rip me off again and I will call you out on every review site I can find.

Easily the best. Clear effort toward cleanliness and professionalism. Well organized and up to date. They’re really setting the bar here. Competing stores in the area are not going to be happy. I’m not considering other options anymore. Honestly don’t know what they could do better.
