Not only was my experience at The Village Cafe + Dispensary the best one I've had at any dispensary, but it was the best experience I've had at any business, period. As soon as my friend and I entered the shop we were taken aback by the relaxed and welcoming vibe of the people, as well as the modern/nature-inspired decor. Within moments, we were welcomed by the woman at the front of the store, working behind the bar of the cafe, and were informed that the dispensary was just around the corner. Upon entering the back room, we were welcomed by shop co-owner, Jeremy, who proceeded to tell us all about their incredible products, as well as the history of the store. He then proceeded to help me through the membership process, and assisted in choosing the best Cannabis for my needs. My friend and I felt welcome the entire time we were there and were both blown away by the level of care and consideration towards every one of their products as well as their focus on customer service. Due to the current laws regarding Cannabis use, as well as the general stigma that surrounds it, I feel that the introductory process to first time users/buyers is one of, if not the most, important part of the process; and these guys have it perfected. I will absolutely be back, and will recommend The Village Cafe + Dispensary to everyone I know that I feel will benefit from their amazing products. -W.A.

I'm really grateful to have found The Village dispensary. I was blown away with how sleek and beautiful it was, while being warm and welcoming at the same time. Despite being short-staffed and busy at the time my boyfriend and I came in the other day, Jeremy never made us feel rushed at all when our turn came at the counter, and thoroughly took us through any strains we had questions about. I can absolutely tell the difference with the quality of their products. I get "weed hangovers" very easily with inferior or even okay-quality cannabis both right after smoking and especially when it wears off: headaches, bad brain fog, physical sluggishness. But with the strains I tried from The Village, not a hint of any of that. I couldn't believe it actually! I am amazed and so grateful they care so much about the quality of the cannabis they carry and that they know where it's coming from and how it's grown. What attracted me to visit The Village in the first place was when they mentioned on their website that their products are made and sold with love...and after visiting and trying it for myself: I see first-hand they absolutely are. And that is why I will refer anyone I know who is interested in thereputic, high-quality cannabis to go to The Village, and why I will support them over the many other dispensaries in Vancouver. Will be wonderful when the cafe part is in action once again...I may never leave! Thank you guys for such a beautiful dispensary and experience.

Having just moved from the Netherlands, I was a liitle concerned about findind a similar dispensary experience. The Village is actually what I was searching for in Holland, but never found. I am one very happy camper. :) The first thing that strikes you about the Village is its location. It is tucked away (but definitely not hidden) from local foot traffic in a beautiful setting. It has a nice, private outdoor sitting area and an open indoor layout that makes you feel relaxed upon entering - it feels comfortable and professional at the same time. Jeromy and Andrea are really nice, happy, genuine people who make you feel instantly relaxed. They believe in what they are doing and it shows. It's easy to see that they approach their business from a wholistic health perspective. Their relaxed personalities seem to positively affect their clients as well, as when I was in their dispensary, everyone was pretty chilled and friendly ... making the whole experience far more enjoyable. As to their product ... super lekker! They have a very good range of sativa, indica and hybrid strains. I really appreciated their complete knowledge of all the strains - from the specific effects and properties of each strain to the background of growers and the growing methods utilised ie no pesticides etc. I was also impressed by the CBD strains on offer, including Pennywise and the organically grown CBD Kush. :) I highly recommend checking out The Village. A lot of thought and effort has successfully been expended into making this dispensary a unique location and positive experience. The Village is a top of the industry establishment. Jeremy is very right when he says that they aim to be a "Boutique Dispensary". The dispensary is immaculate and very inviting. Andrea and Jeremy are very knowledgable and ensure they get to know you personally in order to provide you with products that are best suited to your medical needs. Hands-down the best dispensary I've been to. - Exceptional service. The staff were super welcoming, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and of course friendly. - Killer Vibe. The atmosphere and aesthetic of this spot is really well designed, modern and clean. - Cool concept. They've got beverages on-site by donation. Looks like a chill place to hang out or study. - Unique strains. A fabulous selection of top-tier buds and products, many that are very hard to come by. Location location location. I mean it's next to Granville Island so it's a pretty slick spot. What else can I say? Thanks so much for the time you spent with me and I'll be back for sure!

Although the process of going to a dispensary is fairly new to me, the amount of knowledge and insight they were able to provide on the subject of cannabis aside from basic recreational use was outstanding. Extremely professional, polite, welcoming and well versed staff will have me coming back often.

There is finally a dispensary for everyone in Vancouver. For those looking for a high end, boutique and professional dispensary this should be your new go to place. Purchased a number of items, have so far tried the Moby dick sativa flower and Phant Candy Kush shatter and both were AAA+. Thanks again

This joint is the real deal! As a West End guy, I've been to a few dispensaries and I've got to say this place is the most professional. Quality of bud, staff and environment are all top notch. You get what you pay for and I'm glad they market for that kind of clientele. The price is appropriately valued. Please check them out if you are looking for quality.

A family run business that I can definitely get behind! The staff are friendly and attentive with a vast knowledge of the medicinal benefits of cannabis.
