It is always such a great experience shopping at Shades. The staff are so knowledgeable and friendly. They take the time to really get to know their patrons. (By name in fact). I can trust in any recommendation I am given because the staff know me and know what I will benefit from most. I always go here. prices are very competitive. staff are friendly and have had no issues with cartridge exchanges if I save my receipts.

The Staff were super friendly, the atmosphere was amazing (best store I have been to) and the location is incredible. They are situated on the way to Kalamalka Lake and have soo many parking spots, discrete entrance as well for anyone who might be worried about being seen entering or exiting a dispensary!!

You need a online menu! Please!!! I often don't go to your store because I don't know what you have. Please, your business is suffering from the lack of online presence.

I walked in the first time last month and knew this was my shop! The environment was super welcoming and the weekly sales they offer normally have me leaving with an eighth of good smoke for just over $20. All the budtenders I have met there have pretty much become friends, if you haven't checked it out yet you have to, you won't be disappointed!

What a wonderful store - so much Craft cannabis from around the region.
