John was amazing! He helped me so quick amd helped about 5 others all within a respectful time frame. Not sure what happened to the previous staff but I am glad John was there to help me and also the girl next door at Vape was quick and very helpful. I have only been there a few times but this was the best customer service experience out of them all.

Great place to go, great atmosphere and friendly staff. The displays are amazing and the selection is insanely huge, sometimes cheaper then OCS other times (most times) $5 - $10 more but it’s local and no waiting on delivery. Lots of vape cartridges here as well (shatter pens) Once you go there you’ll find yourself wanting to come back weekly, wish we had one closer as I take a bus. A+++

I’m a mature international walk-in customer of the Imperial Centre SpiritLeaf outlet. There is significant competition in this business with great locations everywhere now and small differences in product quality, selection and pricing. As a seasoned businessman I can confidently say it’s your Human Resources and the experience they create for customers that can make the real difference in customer satisfaction and retention. While all my staff interactions have been great, of particular note and mention must be made of Robert Jaicarran who has routinely made it a pleasure returning to do business !!! Prices go from affordable to top dollar. But pretty much everything is a good choice. Online pricing is without tax, in-store they post the price with tax, and without tax. Semi-minimalist in layout, but friendly knowledge staff. My favourite brand from Sessions is Redecan. On a recommendation for a sativa, as I'm usually a indica guy, I bought Redecan Long Weekend. I keep going back for more. Lots of product and lots of range of products. Never been out of stock on anything I wanted. Since they opened I haven't been to another shop.

Yesterday I visited this place for the first time. It’s out of the way & I thought it might be sketchy but nothing could be further from the truth. They were knowledgeable, friendly & HONEST! They contacted me on Insta as they asked me to look them up on it. Thankfully! I had left my wallet there!!! Will return for sure.
