There is significant competition in this business with great locations everywhere now and small differences in product quality, selection and pricing. As a seasoned businessman I can confidently say it’s your Human Resources and the experience they create for customers that can make the real difference in customer satisfaction and retention. While all my staff interactions have been great, of particular note and mention must be made of Robert Jaicarran who has routinely made it a pleasure returning to do business !!! Really friendly and knowledgeable staff who want to make sure you’re happy with your experience. Inside the store it’s clean and modern looking with TVs displaying the products and their pricing. During the past few months they’ve offered curb side pickup which has been seamless in terms of ordering, communication and picking up. I’ll continue to be a returning customer.

Beautiful dispensary located in the heart of Shops at Don Mills. I had a great discussion with the staff about cannabis, there is no question that these guys can't answer!
