As a seasoned businessman I can confidently say it’s your Human Resources and the experience they create for customers that can make the real difference in customer satisfaction and retention. While all my staff interactions have been great, of particular note and mention must be made of Robert Jaicarran who has routinely made it a pleasure returning to do business !!! Unbelievable selection! Not just the same old stuff you see everywhere else! New and uncommon strains, huge selection of drinks and edibles I’d never heard of! Tons of cool accessories! The staff was REALLY knowledgeable and super friendly! The store has a very chill vibe! I’m gonna be spending a lot of time (and money) here!

I recently visited Oki Cannabis Dispensary in Brampton and was blown away by the selection, quality, and customer service. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me through the wide variety of products available. The budtenders were also very friendly and took the time to answer all of my questions. I left with some top shelf weed and can't wait to go back. Oki Cannabis Dispensary is definitely the best dispensary in Brampton!
