The interior is lovely and the staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. It was fun to just nerd out about the industry and strains with the employee. The menu was really concise and high quality. I would for sure recommend this dispensary to anyone in Ajax.

One of my favourite shops to go to. The store is beautiful and welcoming. The staff are so nice and helpful. Also very educated on products. There are also daily deals, so every time I come, I spend less than I was expecting which I love. So happy having this place in the neighbourhood. Cannot wait for the summer so I can buy some pre rolls and go to the park

Sometimes it’s hard to tell the difference between one weed shop and another, but this place is the very best!! It has a great selection, but the staff is what really makes it so unique—Jeremiah and the whole team really get it, and they always go the extra mile for a good customer. Don’t go anywhere else! If kindness is what you seek, this is the place.

This place has everything you need and the prices are just dang great.I don’t have to go anywhere else. The vibes always very welcoming, love the art and music and the staff are ALWAYS so friendly. This dispensary is clean and there are no loud advertisements to distract from the quality product. The right questions are asked to assure you get the most satisfactory experience and products. Northern Helm has a great clean atmosphere, and smells fresh! Specifically, I appreciate their CBD heavy options in addition to their popular THC strains. The staff are super friendly, helpful, and very easy to speak with.
