Go anywhere else!!!! This was the worst experience I have had with any company in over 10 years!!! "customer service" was both rude and even insulted me never once asking if they could help me or if my problem had even been resolved. Choosing to completely ignore the real issue and only deal with something I really didn;t care about. Every single person I have dealt with was unprofessional and rude!!! The customer service was a list of "what not to do" while working as customer service. (I only dealt with customer service once to be fair) Their computer systems were problematic a year ago and apparently still are. The store atmosphere is amongst the worst I have ever experienced. The prices are higher than anywhere else I have seen. I now buy from OCS who is their supplier ( an owner confirms this in a google review comment) and a manager told me this also. The prices are roughly 15% less and I have never experienced any sort of issues with them. As far as quality? Quality of product isn't their department really right?I guess they choose which products but overall I think I got what I would consider "garbage" weed once and I also bought a cart that was so ridiculous I have even had counterfeit ones that were higher quality and burnt better. All the other stores sell those exact 2 products so I can't really bash F&F for that. The huge glaring issue is what appears to be an almost contempt for their own customers. The stuff that rep said would be considered rude if a customer had said it to them.... the fact that a "professional" actually said this to a customer who wasn't being rude or offensive is beyond disgusting. The entire story and atrocious customer service conversation was just soooo ridiculous I am actually going to publish it as an online blog/review. Yeah that bad....

I guess the first thing I'll get out of the way is the very real problem of lack of accessibility for those in wheelchairs, and it is for this reason alone that I'm giving this store a 3/5 stars for service. When the accessibility problem has been resolved then you can consider it a 5/5. I've been here twice because it's location is rather excellent being located in the Byward market area and not too far from a future LRT station. I can see this store being the hotspot for tourists. I deducted a point for atmosphere because the store lacks a lobby, so when the store is full (which it often is right now) you're forced to wait in a lineup outside. But I think the volume of visitors will dissipate as more stores open throughout the city. Inside you'll see monitors displaying the strains available and their prices, plus there's tablets you can pick up if you want to search for anything specific. They also have this display with cards for every available strain that you can just take and bring over to the counter to place an order. Overall this is a good store but there's definitely issues they'll need to address should they have any plans on being the top dispensary in Ottawa.

Beautiful store! Nice and bright with a great location. Staff is very knowledgeable and willing to spend time with me going over the many, many different strains that this store carries! Busy both times that I went to the store, but well worth the wait! They are very busy due to the fact that they offer great service! Other stores that I visited are a bit quicker, but that may be due to the fact that they are not as popular as Fire and Flower. Staff circulates with tablets and so you are quickly able to find out prices. Be aware that prices do not include taxes! Overall their prices are similar to other Ottawa cannabis shops. They all buy from the same source, the Ontario provincial government, so there is not much difference in the costs. Prices start at $6 for a half ounce pre-rolls. One gram buds start at around $10, which is comparable to the other recreational cannabis stores that I visited in Ottawa. As I mentioned above, they all buy from the same source, so their prices are naturally similar and may differ by a few cents to $1, depending on the strain. Find a store near you and stick to it, if you are only concerned with the price. If you want a safe, clean product also try any of the Ottawa locations, but I think Fire and Flower is a "notch" above the other stores. You can't go wrong with any of them!! Ottawa is lucky to have so many stores!!

Tonight was my first time buying from Fire & Flower and the quality of the product is nice and the employee was patient with my questions. Every thing was good until I got home and scaled what was supposed to be 14gs but actually ended up being 13.1gs.... kinda disappointing

First timers - We found the staff very knowledgeable and they took their time to explain everything to us. The store is set up so you can easily figure out what is best for you. The store itself is stunning.

Date: 03 January 2020 Time: 12:50 pm Address: Ottawa York St. I made my order via “Fire&Flower” website as recommended, the order was received and the “ready to pick up” email was sent. They gave me 72 hours to pick up my order, but once there, after 10 minutes waiting outside, a teenager, calling me “brother”, announced to me that, unfortunately they do not have my order in stock and that my confirmation email “doesn’t mean anything”. No sorry, no recompense for my time, nothing. Thanks to the CEO, Trevor Fencott! A lack of professionalism and a lack of elementary respect to the customers. I certainly would not go back at “Fire&Flower”. I do not recommend this place!

Beautiful interior design, best customer service in the city out of all 3 stores. I bought a pre roll (0.5g dried indica cannabis, 142.5mg THC, 0.75mg CBD) for 7 dollars and it seized half way through. They immediatley exchanged it, no questions asked for a product of equal value. Prices are a bit high, however this is largely out of their control due to the LP system the govt has elected to use. Will go there again

Awesome staff. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Staff knew pretty much all the products they sold. If they were unfamiliar they would call on another person speak of the product. It seemed like certain staff specialized in specific areas but also had knowledge on most of the products. Having trained staff is a time saver plus just makes you feel like you’re dealing with professional people. Highly recommend this store.

Very nice employee who greet you and help you by asking you with great question to find the perfect type of product, and there isn’t a rush to choose a product in line. You first choose the product then go in line witch is perfect for when you’re new or not shure what to pick

The store is nice. But don't trust the same day delivery. Its a nightmare. They will delay the order multiple times and just keep giving more and more excuses.

Finalement, un endroit sécuritaire et vide de jugement pour procurer mon cannabis. L'atmosphere est accueillant et les employés très bien informé. J'ai beaucoup apprécié l'attention que le propriétaire m'a donné afin d'accélérer le processus d'achat. J'y retournerai certainement.

Trusting the online info on the websight, the THC content was much lower on the package when I got home and read the label ... very disappointing. Always check the package label before you leave the store people ...

Amazing atmosphere, the staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Lots of selection and I love the strain charts. Really helps to pick out the perfect product for your needs. Lots of accessories as well. Will definitely be back.

For opening day, service was great, selection was amazing (more strains than OCS has ever carried IMO). They started running out of some of the more popular strains around 2pm. I really hope that they can keep their stock up and not end up like the SQDC stores in Quebec. My only complaint was that the music was really loud and so bad that you could barely hear someone talking to you without yelling.

Great menu with numerous items available! The doorperson, Trevor, was great! He answered many of my early questions. I am definitely coming back.

Clean, sleek and modern location with a great vibe to it. Never feels anxious or weird to shop here, staff are super helpful and genuine. They consistently carry 50+ strains. The product is decent, unfortunately since they stock from big suppliers they dont have any control over the product quantities and quality. Often ill want a strain in 1g and they only have 3.5g, so I have to pick something else. Weed is a bit dry too. Will keep going back.

Amazing service and product

It’s unfortunate that you cannot see or smell any product before you buy. The menu is confusing and also not available online. This location steers away from the traditional Indica/Sativa/Hybrid indicators to their own “mood” category system which may make it a bit strange for first time visitors. Their staff are happy to walk you through their process and make good recommendations. Prices are the same if not more than the online OCS.

Very nice inside and very friendly staff! There are many staff to help you decide what strains to buy and even an informative wall with cards with the names of all the strains they have in stock and their effects. The store also has a sit down area with tablets where you can check the stock yourself and browse their inventory.

The selection and staff were pretty good. But without any online menu, it's not really worth a trip not knowing what I can get there.

Only been twice. Super nice and staff is lovely. No menu online prevents me from ever visiting this location.
