Well staff is awesome but the weed is Dry, crumbly not fresh and under weight.So they make it up then send it out to the dispensary then these guys push it to us and by the time we get it home it's just that . dry crumbly weed. Thanks but im out my cash is to hard earned. Budget buds out of Vancouver or buddalishiouse same company sends it fresh .three days its on your doorstep and that's what I get for being impatient I guess. I just figured spending good cash would get me good results. Staff is awesome but the smoke is Not!. :O(

I love the atmosphere and location of the store, it is very cozy, welcoming, and private. I like the fact that they have a variety of ways to display their products; tablets, tv screens, showcases, and clipboards with lists of flower, edibles, pre-rolls, and merchandise. The staff here are always very nice and knowledgable and are able to work with you if you have any questions. If they don't have the thing you want they will work with you to help you find what you are looking for. I will continue to go here above other options in the area.

I love being able to shop in a nice clean environment, no more dirty rez weed which is the same price now anyway. The owners have a great sense of humour and are very knowledgeable. Thank you for being here. Consumers really need to educate themselves on what the new model looks like, there’s so many strains and licensed producers. They have something for everyone. I’ll be back every week to try out new products like Blue Dream. Shelley

I stopped in bright and early this morning to pick up a few pre-rolls for the day. Pricey for the amount (3 for 20 bucks and the filters sadly are 1/3 of the joint), but that's not the shops fault. However, the store is a pleasure to browse, it is clean, bright and has a small, but well curated selection of accessories. The owner was very friendly and knowledgeable and I was impressed to see a packaging recycling drop off. I will be back!

Helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable staff/owners who very clearly understand their product. Accessories are also priced very reasonably— I purchased a Pax 3 there for less than what it would have cost had I purchased it, on sale, from one of the larger Canadian online retailers! Great to finally have a shop in Vernon, run by good folks from the community, as I prefer to keep my dollars local.

Beautiful high vibe space with great product options. I purchased a davinci IQ vaporizer (for same price as I would pay online) and some pre-rolls. I love that they have balanced blends available. Overall I’m very happy with my experience and look forward to more positive experiences with their friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Government weed is expensive compared to what I normally pay, I usually pay between $6 - $8 a gram, this stuff is $10 - $15 a gram, so almost double! Also the quality from these government producers is terrible, I’ve tried it a few times now and never again, small buds, dry and old. Going back to the black market online producers, it’s much better quality for half the price.

Store front is nice the product is terrible. They sold me 11 month old product that was dryer than the Sierra dessert. The staff had zero info on their strains and the genetics behind them. It was also .3 short witch is unacceptable after paying 40+ $ for an 8th!!.
