I hate to give a review after only going somewhere once, but I'll be moving soon and won't be able to visit this place again. For all I know I was just in on a weird day, but I didn't have a very good first experience here. This was my first time buying legally. I didn't understand the process and the lady at the front who was taking sign ins seemed to be pissy with me because of my confusion. While I was waiting to go in back, some weirdo who seemed like he was tweaked out on some sh*t came walking in and asked me for money for ??? something. After rejecting him he went up to the front and started acting like a moron and began to hit on the lady at the front trying to kiss her ass then asked if he could smoke in the bathroom on the property. After she said no the guy was all 'I wasn't talking to you I was talking to her in the back'. Then he got pissed and walked out after she said no...now my question with that is how the hell is there a security guard out front and this dude was just able to walk in no problem. In fact this was my first time here, guard didn't ask to see my papers or anything. I can actually kind of see if that's what she has to deal with, that's why she's in a bad mood.
Now going to the back finally, the budtender who assisted me was nice. Despite her being nice it all felt really edgy in there when I was already kinda nervous myself. She also seemed a little inexperienced. I pretty much already knew what I wanted as it wasn't my first time smoking so I can see where she thought I already knew what was up, but she didn't so much as ask me if I'd like any recommendations, what medical problems I was having, which I really wouldn't have minded, because, you know, as hard as it is to believe, some people still smoke for legit medical reasons. Anyway, another thing that bothered me was I only asked for blue dream. Not super duper mega blue dream whatever I got. I'm assuming it's basically just top quality blue dream thus the name, but it's like when a customer asks you for something, you get specifically what they asked for and ask them if they would like something else and explain to them what the difference is.
Lastly, since this was my first time they're nice enough to give first timers a choice of a free eatable or a preroll. I went with a preroll. I asked the budtender what kind it was and she said she wasn't sure just something mid shelf. I was like, okay that's cool I'm sure there's a label on it....hahahaha. Now just answer me this, if a customer comes in and gets a preroll, walks out, takes it home, and smokes it, and really winds up liking it...how in the hell are they ever going to go back and buy more if nobody knows what it is because Jerry rolled it last week with something random and never put a label on it...even as much as a date to keep track of it maybe. That puts you in a spot to lose potential sales. All in all really bad salesmanship for a business.
Final verdict here, the bud is of good quality, budtenders are nice, but this place is pretty unprofessional. They seem like they're more concerned about selling to people who smoke only for recreational purposes since nobody actually gets a recommendation for legit medical reasons anymore right? So it's safe to assume it's okay to give people pretty much whatever without giving them more info on it. As long as they're high it's okay for them to smoke whatever. That's kinda how I felt. I'd maybe be willing to give this place another chance, but as I said I'm moving so it'll be too far. Hope this in some way improves this place. I guess if it's the only 'good' place in that area it can make a vendor seem a lot better than it really is, but I mean, this was my first time ever buying from a vendor and I still found this place to be of poor quality.
