It's my first time with this strain and I had a lot of fun with it. It is very potent so I'd take it slow. Tastes very earthy. Smells sweet. Made me very hungry but energetic. It doesn't really make we want to be productive but also doesn't knock me out either. Highly recommend.

This is one of my most favorites strains. From the taste profile to the overall effects, for me it has everything I'm looking for. I've had it in every way you can make it and honestly I'm torn between flower and vape. For taste and energy I prefer vaping but you get a much better cerebral high with euphoria and arousal with smoking the flower. I've seen some reviews saying it stimulates hunger but I didn't really get this effect, in fact all I wanted to do was chores so it's nice to have something that makes me want to get stuff done. If you get your hands on the flower, it's been somewhat difficult to come by so I'd grab it. That being said, I definitely wouldn't pass up the opportunity to smoke the vape version though (I can vouch for the ones made by Select and Platinum Vape). I haven't tried the crumble yet but that's my next grab.

I bought the Purple Unicorn by Platinum Vape at SDRC. Honestly the only reason why I bought this was the badass name, not to mention there have only been maybe 2 of 20+ vape carts from PV that I didn't thoroughly enjoy so I thought f*** it why not. I was instantly blown away. You can definitely taste the berries from the blackberry widow up front. Chemdog has always been one of my favorites for the relaxing and cerebral high it gives you, so you really can't go wrong. This is quite potent so I would recommend taking it slowly. Overall, the taste and effects give this one a 5/5.
