super strong, long-lasting and generates the best full body high of all the strains i've tried to date. i suffer from severe PTSD so usually the strains that are more energizing don't work as well for it as the ones that are known for being relaxing, but despite this being a very energizing strain, it helps a lot with symptoms and keeping me calm without giving me a case of couch lock. it enhances creativity and i've gotten a lot of work done on some of my projects with this keeper of a strain, and i've noticed that the highs can be very sexually arousing and stimulating. one of my absolute favorites.

birthday cake is absolutely amazing. it tastes exactly like a birthday cake that's actually an edible -- perfect. this doesn't make me feel stationary like some others do, but rather almost like a wanderer. it doesn't stunt creativity and actually boosts it, it doesn't sedate the mind. the full relaxation of the body high has helped to pull me out of days where i'm overcome by deep depression or anxiety. birthday cake and a good chill playlist together are a good cure for any bad day.

i suffer severe, debilitating anxiety linked to complex PTSD, even with prescription benzodiazepines. i'm also bipolar, and experience frequent depressive episodes. blue dream was actually the first strain of cannabis that i've ever tried, and honestly, it is still one of my favorites. it gives me a sense of calm like no other. it's also good for insomnia and chronic pain as well. it does give you hella munchies, though. blue dream will relax your whole body while making your senses more acute at the same time. it's not quite euphoric, but it's a happiness that i can feel even in my deepest depression. whenever i get the chance, i'm definitely going to be getting blue dream again.
