When I first started smoking I thought I was a sativa/sativa hybrid guy. Then I met Blue Cookies. I'm very familiar with the smell Blue Cookies has; it's that dank skunk that you smell on someone with a smile on their face as you pass them on the street in NYC. What I am NOT familiar with is that smell radiating 5-10 feet away from a cart of live resin before even smoking it. That said, when I DID smoke it, I was whisked away to captain Cookie's special island. Stress and anxiety gone. Unbothered, happy, in my lane, flourishing. This strain is so tasty and so powerful with such positive, lasting effects, it's sitting at my #1 right now. Be aware- this strain may be advertised to you as a hybrid, and technically this is true. It's so indica dominant, though, that you really should not go in expecting hybrid. It has a sativa somewhere on it's mom's side, but make no mistake that this FEELS like a strong indica. Bring some friends, some water and a good movie you don't need to pay much attention to.

Look I'll be honest. Dark rainbow is good weed. It hits like a truck and it's a great high. Very relaxed and feel good without being too indica-sleepy (though watch out if you're already tired, YMMV). I'm giving it 4 stars for that alone. That said... I'm no stranger to skunk, but this was the first weed I've bought where I just straight up have a hard time with the smell and taste. I imagine this will come down to personal taste as clearly not everyone reviewing has a problem with it, but this flower is FUNKY. Tastes like eating pu-erh tea leaves in a garbage can when dry vaped. Maybe I'll try smoking it?

IMO this is THE sativa. Share this with your "weed is weed" friends to show them that not everything is the Northern Lights stems they smoked in high school. I knew nothing about this strain before trying out a live resin cart other than the name and that it was a sativa. Smells like bubble gum, tastes like delicious tropical candy (and, you know, weed lol). Kept the anxiety miles away and got me chatty, energetic and maybe even funnier than usual? Can't wait to try some more.
