One of my favourite sativa dominant strains in recent years, don't let the hybrid classification throw you off if you're a sativa lover because this one is definitely an uplifting energising flower. With the lineage of Sour Diesel IBL x Headbanger (Sour Diesel x Biker Kush) I like to think of El Chapo as a business class upgrade to the whole Sour Diesel experience. The sour gas is the first thing that hits you when presented with the smell, with hints of sweetness that come along too only once the fuel fumes subside. The Bikers Kush takes a backseat in this lineup but provides a very nice anchor to stop the sour from shooting you into space. A great go-to for daytime activities whether that be sightseeing, tidying the house or hanging out with friends, just respect the power that comes with this one and you'll be in for an inspired ride. Rooty Tooty Fresh and Fruity! This strain is phenomenal. These days everything seems to be a hybrid and it's hard to get those pure expressions of sativa energy or indica relaxation, you kind of end up in a purgatory with some hybrids where you're too monged to do something but you don't feel completely relaxed either. But THIS to me is a perfect hybrid as I was talking my ass off but also feeling completely euphoric. I said to my girlfriend any more euphoric and I would think I'd taken some ecstasy. I agree completely with the Effects listed here on Leafly. Happy, Euphoric, Uplifted, Talkative but don't know why people rate Anxiety as high on this one as its a strain I could puff on continuously and just get happier despite how strong it is, and I'm someone who is prone to anxiety from some of the feistier sativa dominant strains. For the first few hours you are in the zone chatting away but later on it really mellows out and lulls you into a blissful slumber.

Got some of this for 420 as I didn't want something that was going to knock me out rather something that would uplift and energise me so I could stay sociable all day. Well it did that but maybe too much, for the first time in years I felt that wave of anxiety you sometimes get from strong sativas. I would rate this five stars for taste, smell and potency as this is a top notch strain but taking one star off just for the potential for anxiety as if you aren't careful you can find your mind racing uncomfortably. So to clarify I definitely would recommend this strain but just go easy to start with until you know what kind of beast you are riding on here! Enjoy!

My undeniable favourite sativa for wilding out and getting stupid. This is the type of greenery that makes me hyperactive and feeling like a character out of Police Academy. Clear focused uplifting cerebral high while my body feels it could bust out into some Kung Fu any minute now. Definitely a daytime smoke or for when you want to get a party started bit still be in control of your faculties.

Beautifully relaxing high but still able to be sociable. Powerful indica type high but not overpowering so you can't function. Tasted incredible too! Minty fresh.
