Helps calm my IBD and crohns cramps and I can still operate during the day without mental fuzz.

I was diagnose with Transverse Myelitis which has left me with spinal nerve damage. I have used other strands before, this strand is a God send!!!
My new go-to. Nice head high and the stresses of the day go away. Perfect right before my run. During my run and after my run. Will put this one on top of the rotation.
I predominantly smoke higher CBD strains to deal with pain, anxiety, and the stress cause by both, and canna-tsu is one of the better strains I've had at alleviating all three symptoms. Coming in at 9% CBD and 5% THC, this strain gives just enough of a psychoactive effect to really relax, but still be able to go about my business with a clear head. A bowl in the mid morning and I can feel my tension melt out of my body. Interestingly enough, not much aroma in the 3.5 grams I picked up, just a hint of a woodsy, earthy scent. Recommended.
Recently I was hit by a car riding home. Instead of just popping pills I decided to try the medical option. Wow. I'm really enjoying the combo of high THC to CBD. Definitely helping me cope with the pain and stress. Thank you...
This strain has not been available in the Springs, so we did a run to Medicine Man Medical in Denver. We picked up an ounce since I not only vape, my husband makes me an Everclear tincture with an ounce of flower. Canna-Tsu has been my go-to flower for my temporal lobe epilepsy, severe back pain and Chronic traumatic encephalopathy. It has allowed me to go almost three weeks without a significant seizure, and it also helps my chronic back pain from stenosis and head trauma. As for my chronic traumatic encephalopathy, Canna-Tsu keeps my moods level and lets me sleep well at night. I do get some head lift and a small body buzz from it, but the medical assistance I get from it is the real prize. If you live with any chronic pain or neurological issues, this is the strain you are looking for!
My absolute go-to for pain relief and insomnia. Due to this strain's incredibly high CBD content (9-12%) and low THC content (6-9%), it's an effective source of pain relief and relief from muscle spasms without many psychological effects. In fact, when I vaporize, I don't notice any psychological effects other than being a little more relaxed and less agitated.
This strain is definitely ideal for newer people who might not be used to the effects of THC yet, as it will build up enough of a tolerance to graduate into the medium and higher THC strains.
Because there isn't a strong psychological effect, I can vaporize this when waking up in the morning (bad pain getting out of bed), and can take it before I need to run errands or otherwise might be sitting stiff in a car for a long time. It's great for on-the-go pain relief in the form of oil capsules as well. Definitely would recommend this for people who primarily need pain relief and relief from muscle spasms.
If you're looking for recreational use, or otherwise need the psychological effects, this is probably not a good strain because of the low THC content. It really is a more physical effect than mental. However, combining this with a high-THC strain (my favorite is Jenny's Kush or Blueberry Diesel) allows for a good balance of psychological effect and pain relief.
Please be warned that this strain smokes up a LOT! If you have troubles with asthma, breathing difficulties, or cough/irritate your throat easily, please use caution when smoking or vaporizing Canna-Tsu. I use a vaporizer and I end up with a mouth full of rather thick smoke (and I use my vaporizer on a low enough heat setting that I get warmer 'haze', but usually not straight-up smoke.)
This works wonders on my back pain.
