Relaxed, uplifted and definitely potent not for newbies. Dabbed a nice chunk and relaxed :)

Picked up a pre-roll at my dispensary to check out this strain. Nice cerebral high with uplifting effects. It is a nice hybrid because you can smoke it until mid afternoon. I did not get the anxiety other reviewers talked about. I find the cannabis journey is a very personal one. C99 has a great taste. I definitely would smoke this strain again.
