This strain is the best I’ve found for insomnia. I have been unable to sleep through the night for years, often waking up and staying up way too early. Cookie & Creme literally knocks me out. Imagine if you’ve ever had surgery, when you’re told to count backward from 100 and make it to 99 then out like a light switch. I take 2 tips from my Era Pod and it’s instant total body relaxation before falling asleep within MINUTES. It should go without saying that, for me at least, this is NOT a daytime strain whatsoever. On the other hand, on the few occasions I’ve taken tiny puffs, I am quickly overtaken with the giggles, mainly laughing at my own jokes and immature texts to my equally immature friends.

Love it, anything cookie is going to be good, so when they took Starfighter and made cookies and cream it was Genious, follow with the Ice Cream and you have a nice session.
