This was an amazing strain! It's considered a top shelf at the access point I regularly go to. In dealing with chronic pain, I've tried many cannabis varieties and found that Middle Fork relieved my pain the longest. The effects are euphoria, relaxation, and a good strong body high. One negative side effect (negative at least for me) was that I wanted to eat everything I laid eyes on! This is a great strain for pain relief, insomnia, muscle spasms, nausea and appetite increase. I highly recommend trying it if you can!
