3 decades and hundreds of Strains and Layer Cake by Grassroots is the best bud I've smoked.Checks every box. 33% and I love the terp profile. Absolute Happiness and Bliss with every exhale.

Just picked this up from the dispensary at 27.75% THC. THIS SMELL! Sweet and sharp, smells of gas and sweet citrus. The exhale/taste is of sweet fresh earth, gives me nostalgia ---> reminds me of the strain golden goat, notes of an almost tropical sweetness Have taken two hits off my bowl, and I'm instantly elevated. Grinning for zero reason and becoming wildly amused with anything that's in front of me. Been smoking every day for 7+ years and I'm surprised with how silly I feel. I've smoked many strains with a higher THC % than this one, but its hittinggg It's midday, but I can imagine this being a nice night time strain aswell, as it is an indica dominant. Not sleepy [yet], but very content

Within a few hits, I feel like small clouds are holding up my muscles. I have a lot of medical issues that come with muscle weakness and a lot of pain, and this strain helped almost immediately.

This is my second favorite right up there with Wedding Cake. This one slowly creeps up on you, which is a good thing. I threw out my back a few days ago and this is the only thing that has helped with the pain. Enough so I can still go for walks until I can run again. I highly recommend this strain. It's pretty tasty and skunky.

I loveeee layer cake it’s the first strain i smoked after a two and a half year hiatus from weed. Absolutely gorgeous experiences every time guaranteed with this one! makes me wanna spend time outside, write, and dance (all of which are things i’ve been needing to do more often) and then an hour after smoking, it puts me in this smooth, deep, sensory trance. one of the best strains for working through ptsd and for a very uplifting kind of relaxation !!
