Great for focusing, quieting a busy mind and helping with my arthritis pain. I've been using a 2:1 CBD:THC ratio version from Flow Kanna, and it is my favorite CBD rich strain so far. I don't get the racing mind and inability to focus which I experience when I use high THC strains. The flavor is good, I get a little mint when I smell it to go with the woodsy aroma. Very nice. I highly recommend anyone give this a try and see if it helps with their problems.

this strain was kind of like gliding on a nimbus cloud slightly hovering above the ground like a hoverboard at a low speed. not too cloudy good memory retention and helps alleviate pain. Felt in control
I'm admittedly a "lightweight" smoker. A huge reason I got my card is due to anxiety related issues. So, I generally ask my budtender if they have a flower they would recommend that's a "Mild Indica, and CBD is a huge bonus." So I decided to risk this hybrid on his recommendation... I have never smoked anything so calming as this strain. While not "super high" - I feel incredibly medicated after even one hit. It crushes anxiety. Starts fast and holds steady. 5/5 - will buy again.
Bought this to make my own oil for epilepsy. Is excellent in effect although it takes two hours to kick in. Causes burping with the worst taste but I will use it every single time because it's miraculous in that on days I would normally be home with seizures, I can now work for eight solid hours.

Wonderful for nausea and after-nap aches
A great CBD strain for daytime use. I'm very prone to panic attacks from THC, though I do enjoy it, and that's the downside. I have been looking for a good 4:1 strain, CBD to THC, but came across Ringo's Gift, a 2:1 CBD to THC. The high was slow acting, peaceful, and euphoric. I kept thinking "oh no here comes a panic attack" but it never came. There is enough CBD in this strain to mellow out the anxiety, but I would say the sativa genetics still stand out with a slightly racy mindset. Overall, a nice, relaxing experience that will leave the body pain-free, and the mind slightly lifted.
As is go's for cbd strains this is is that category of the top strains, I feel the indica side of this hybrid really shines, I work HVAC/R and my hands are shoulders ache everyday after work, this strain really helps with aiding to ease the pain in my hands after work while helping me relax as well. Really great strain.
