Rocky Dennis reviews
Read people’s experiences with the cannabis strain Rocky Dennis.
The smell! I love the smell. I had a strain called Incredible Hulk several years ago and it had almost the same order. I want to identify the name is the sent. Anyone?
As as far as the effect I can confirm that this strain (for me) gives me an energy lift. I was smoking WiFi (a white widow cross) and Mother's Helper. WiFi (for me) was kinda of middle of the road, meaning it wasn't that much of a shift for me. Like, I didn't notice any effects other then a typical high. Mother Milk felt more of an indica dominate type and I am not a fan of most indica strain because I prefer and uplifted, energetic vibe and Mothers's Milk wasn't it. Side note: Mother's Helper was one of my favorites when it was around.
Rocky Dennis is, at the moment, is my go to strain. If you have a chance to get it deli style stick you face in the top of the jar and take a big ass wiff!
The reason I mentioned the two strains above in this RD review is because I went into take advantage of a BOGO for RD and the other strain in the price tire was out so it was suggested to get WiFi & Mothers Milk. RD went down in price so I went back in and got an 1/8 of RD and when I got home, I realized how much better it was for me then the other 2 more expensive strains! So remember folks, a higher price doesn't always mean a better high!
It was late evening when I packed a bowl of RD. I had been smoking WiFi & MM for almost a week and I noticed that I was feeling tired and honestly a little sad. 15 minutes after RD, I felt happy and energetic. So much so that I got inspired to start the painting project for my son's room. Not a huge project but I was dreading it. RD helped me connect with why I love Cannabis. Everyone is different and all strains are different so try, try, try, until you find what works for you.
I highly recommend Rocky Dennis for those that are looking for the uplifted and energetic vibe!

This strain is phenomenal all around. Meets all of the criteria for a perfect flower in my book. Starting with a flavor different than any other strain I have tried before which is awesome. Adding to that is how enjoyable that flavor is with a strange bite on the end of it. Takes a minute to get used to seeming almost like a fluke causing immediate fascination as to what the parent strains could possibly be?
Smoked on some prerolls of this all day before finding out. With a blind eye there was an endless amount of possibilities with every puff taken. On the inhale there is a sweet fresh taste much like the morning dew in the spring. When the mornings start to get warmer leaving the feeling of stepping out into the winter dread behind. But the exhale is where it is at laying a very unique Worcestershire sauce/diesel-like taste that sticks on taste buds for a few seconds.
Have not seen the flower yet, but am excited to go back down to Emerald City Medicinal to see if any flower is left. At almost 24% there were high hopes for a good buzz which was exactly what this flower offered. The many layers that this high took on was truly the phenomenal element of Rocky Dennis. With a steady head high going the entire time my body never wanted for anything which is a common thing for me and sativas.
Instead my body & mind seemed to unite. In this unity there was a strong level of comfort which aided creativity. Not a continual need to find something else to do or the jones to just get higher usually resulting in a sleep coma. This is another strain to put on the "hybrids that blend well" list. This one deserves extra special accolades though being so undeniably flavorful with a strong constitution of a buzz to back those terpenes up.
Picked this up from Yavapai Herbal - grown by Sunday Goods - and it is hands down my favorite strain of all time.
Smell: intoxicating, pine, chemical, fuel, lemon, with just a hint of earthy undertones.
Taste: similar to it's lovely smell, but unlike anything I've ever tried. The inhale produces an immediate smile and the exhale leaves you wanting another taste immediately.
Effects: Joy, giggles, euphoria that last quite a while, followed by blissful relaxation. Great for depression, pain relief, and in higher doses, insomnia.
I've only found this strain once, but hopefully more farms will grow it and it's reputation will spread far and wide.
10/10
I love any strain with yummy sour rubble as a parent. This train leaves me with a smile ear to ear.
Not sure how to feel about the name of the strain. Not sure how it relates to the strain. Does it make you so high you feel like your face is disfigured? Is this a strain that provides relief to those with craniodiaphyseal dysplasia?
It's a really wonderful strain you'll get hooked on that taste just like I am!
Probably my favorite hybrid right now. The flowers were nice, dense nugs that produced that classic sour smell when broken open. It was so sticky that I had to pass on the grinder and break it up by hand... first world problems lol
First, this strain hands-down has the *best* super-hero theme name. This is another favorite of mine (Bruce banner, 🍓 cough, gsc) and has similar effects as those: great on my migraine pain with some euphoria and lots energy, leaving me feeling productive. Full body high with some fuzziness between my eyes. This is a bit stronger and long lasting than the above listed. Use accordingly and enjoy.
Rocky Dennis is a really nice hybrid, that has strong sativa qualities. I am curious about the name, what's the connection to the strain? It has an interesting smell, that's kind of herbal and earthy with a bit of pepper. The smoke is smooth, and didn't make me cough. It gives a nice head-high, that really helps melt the stress of the day away. I got it for an awesome price at Magic Castle in SW PDX! I'd get it again for sure!
this strain is my fav.. If I'm in a bummer mood it will pull me right out, it turns my frown upside down. Gives a nice energy jolt .. I can puff and get everything done w a clear mind.
