This is great for anxiety and PTSD. For me I can use it both day and night. during the day I use it for panic attacks and strong emotions to bring me back to calm. When I use it at night it helps with my nightmares and let's me sleep through the night.

Flavor = Delicious. Very tropical & definitely tasted a pineapple, lighter earthy flavor. Half gram & had a lovely 3-4 hour fx. Sticky, frosty, no kief after grinding flower! Check out the effects!
