Sunset Shortcake reviews

I’ve been buying Grassroots Sunset Short cake since it first came to MD. I love the flower, always takes my chronic pain and inflammation away, also anxiety is gone. It’s very relaxing and a narcotic body high, never made me tired. The taste is like strawberries and earthy. I haven’t seen the flower in a few years and have been waiting for it to come back. I noticed Grassroots has made it into vapes now. I bought the vape as soon as I found it and it was excellent. Same pain relief, took away my anxieties, and tastes like strawberries. The only difference is it does not last nearly as long as the flower. Still hoping to see it in flower again, please, in MD. I do recommend the vape for pain, inflammation, anxiety and it does lift my spirits.

One of those introspective/insight sort of strains, at least for me. The mind and body relaxation is decent. Makes me sleepy if I’m already tired, so not an energizing strain. Pain is lower and so is my motivation, but that’s ok. Good for a lazy Saturday afternoon lounging around.

Smooth, clean smoke with a spicy kick/aftertaste and sensation that hits you in the back of the throat, but not in a bad way. Not excellent in every way, but I like it and have no complaints other than it causing a really dry mouth. Purpleish flowers which is neat. Nice, well rounded high that is decent for pain relief and relaxing, but didn't couch me. I could still be creative and productive with this strain.

Got this in sugar form from Grassroots and vaporized out of my banger. Had this in a concentrate pen awhile back, but the flavors in the sugar really stood out vs the liquid concentrate. Decent terp profile clocking in at over 7%. Nice earthy, slightly fruity flavor, with a decent head high you feel right behind the eyes, and a relaxing body high. Uplifting and slightly energetic/creative. I was able to focus to finish out some tasks at the end of my day without getting distracted or tired. Definitely felt my mood lift a bit. This is one I hope to see more of in the future!

This is an amazing grass roots strain! My batch came in at 26.1 % thca and 1.5 % myrcene alone so def indica dominant. The flower looked exactly like it did in the picture for it and I have to give this a 5/5 for smell taste high and looks! Amazing flower 🙌
