Being from the UK, this along with Trainwreck. Lemon Haze, Cheng and Blue Cheese are the Most common Strains. UK Cheese 9/10 all around.

Strong, but well balanced. I certainly notice the tingles mentioned in the description. The taste is fantastic! I feel I could rest in the easy chair or go for a nice long walk. Either would be fine. All in all it’s quite enjoyable. Try it!

Smokes good but u definitely get a little headache afterwards

Was feeling a bit restless and dabbed a nice glob. Nice calming effects and lots of pain relief.

This strain, in my experience;is quick to burn and can be frustrating to pack a bowl and have it all burn out. That said, for any stay at home parent, or personal business operator can use this strain at home to help keep motivated and avoid irritability that may come throughout the day. It's not sedative and goes great with coffee and stimulating conversations.

UK Cheese as the name suggests smells like a nice cheddar cheese. I've tried several itierations of this and its like a good friend never letting you down. The high is quite mild and relaxing both mentally and physically, with no paranoia or aniexty to boot. The only negatives with this gem are dry mouth, and the bud reallllly reeks so contain it wisely. The come down is subtle and gentle, this could be a great daytime smoke.

All time favorite strain! I’m a heavy smoker and use it to help my anxiety/depression and I’ve never had another strain that helped me combat so much of my social anxiety. A bowl or 2 of this and I’m chatty Cathy 😂 It’s a great social strain! 10/10
