FIKA Local - Canary

Not the first Fika I have been to. I was expecting a gorgeous, clean store with helpful staff and I was not disappointed. Anytime I am in a city with a Fika it will be where I purchase my cannabis.

Incredible shop & friendly staff!

Such a cute shop! Love all the little details that were so thoughfully crafted. The staff is super friendly and not sales pushy which is exactly what we need more of! Great selection of products too!!

Totally surprised by the poor service I received today. I am a member at Fika (union station) and am usually serviced without my ID since I registered as a member using my ID in the first place. Today the server refused to check my membership, implying that she can totally assume I might have picked up my membership card from the street! That’s a hell of an accusation! To my further surprise, she said that she was the general manager of the store and not a novice at the store or in this business. So, she should have known better to not put such heavy accusations on anyone, let alone her store’s own platinum members! It is a very confusing policy at the store level wherein already verified members have to not only prove that they are above 19, but also to prove that they did not pick up their membership cards from the street (her words, not mine). I hope FIKA Cannabis looks into this and take actions to smoothen customer experience at the Union store. Quite frankly, disappointing.
