All the staff are very friendly and very knowledgeable about the products. Josh, The owner makes everyone feel like family when they come through the door and always goes out of his way to give you the best experience possible. Absolutley amazing products and service but was told that the high quadz products are a prime exclusive. They are not as I can get them at 4 different locations, just not locations in town so a little disappointed with the false advertisment there. An exclusive brand is a brand that you can only get at the location its exclusive to, me being able to purchase the brand at other non prime locations makes it not a prime exclusive brand.

I always go here. prices are very competitive. staff are friendly and have had no issues with cartridge exchanges if I save my receipts.
