What a wonderful surprise! I went here while I was in Tofino for the week and had a wonderful experience at this cannabis shop. The staff were friendly and inviting. They had a great selection of cannabis products, pipes, accessories, and other fun cannabis related products. As an active budtender, I would highly recommend heading here if you're in the area!

A true diamond in the rough! This little shop tucked away in this adorable little town was the highlight of my trip!! I was shocked by the number of small batch high quality strains. The staff was very friendly, queer inclusive and KNOWLEDGEABLE!! I would 100% return!

Harsh and Quintin were awesome on my last visit. I was treated like I was the owner's best friend. Kim N. After frequenting pretty much every shop in Victoria, I've found Cloud Nine Shelbourne to be the best overall . The staff are super nice and friendly and extremely knowledgeable ! Has to be said , also very compassionate. They will always take the time to guide you to the right product for your needs. The store is immaculate and I can't say enough good things about this particular outlet. Great job Cloud Nine !!
