I recently visited Oki Cannabis Dispensary in Brampton and was blown away by the selection, quality, and customer service. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me through the wide variety of products available. The budtenders were also very friendly and took the time to answer all of my questions. One of my favourite shops to go to. The store is beautiful and welcoming. The staff are so nice and helpful. Also very educated on products. There are also daily deals, so every time I come, I spend less than I was expecting which I love. So happy having this place in the neighbourhood. Matt and his staff at Purple Tree are fantastic budtenders that care about the community they serve. This dispensary is clean and there are no loud advertisements to distract from the quality product. The right questions are asked to assure you get the most satisfactory experience and products. There is significant competition in this business with great locations everywhere now and small differences in product quality, selection and pricing. As a seasoned businessman I can confidently say it’s your Human Resources and the experience they create for customers that can make the real difference in customer satisfaction and retention. Have been buying weed and vapes here dozens of times and always great customer service, great buds and freindly staff. This starff are great, the ridiculous one star review should be removed, sounds like it came from an unstable customer or a one off with a staff memeber that isnt there anymore, i dont know, all i know is if you want great smoke and freindly staff check them out.

I’ve become quite a regular here during the pandemic. I visited the store before lockdown for the first time. Staff is very friendly. I’ve been placing my orders online, and then would do pick up in store. So far orders have been ready in 10mins. Since the lockdown I still do online and pick up curbside. I have also just shown up at the door (curbside) and placed an order and within minutes had it. The store is very clean.

I started shopping here during lockdown because of their prices, stock, and it was a nice "COVID" walk from my condo. Curbside hand off was always friendly and fast, but its hard to kow for sure what service will be like when you are back in store. I shopped inside for the first time this week WOW - you have to see this place. The bud tenders are super cool and so friendly. I got some coupons for my room mate and I to come back. I am blown away by how nice everyone there is.
