No in-store shopping due to Covid, so can't comment on the atmosphere at the moment, however; pick-up for pre-paid bud was quick, easy, and painless. Decent selection online (no idea about in-store), and the notifications about my order (sent, in progress, available to pick-up) were timely. The employee I spoke with was friendly and very polite.

Another hidden gem! Parking was easy and their selection was very good. The men and women behind the counter knew their products well and were very easy to talk to.
