My Favourite Dispensary! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the atmosphere is always warm and welcoming! I highly recommend it!

The staff are honestly great, I never feel rushed and I’ve gotten great recommendations about 90% of the time! Only thing I’ve started to notice is Tokyo Smoke has some of the market’s highest prices on a lot of their products. It’s a shame, since they’ve got a great selection and staff.

This is hands down my favourite dispensary in all of Ottawa. My reasons are as follows: 1) the staff are true experts and not 19 year-olds. 2) Little touches like the fact that the menu is written out on giant blackboards ( I hate the scrolling screens that All other dispensaries) make it a pleasant experience and I never feel rushed when I go there. 3) They have the best prices.

The staff here are very knowledgeable and very courteous. I've asked about gravity bongs. The budtender said she would look into it.

The people are great. At this time, to get decent bud.you have to pay $10+. Also the price break for quantity is weak.

Staff are always smiling, always helpful, best place I’ve found in pembroke, best line of meds you could ask for, at other places I ask for a certain type, and they don’t have it, but this place I ask for the same, and they have it…plus did I mention the staff, are so wonderful..
