I have been a shopper at this store since it opened and it is my go to store. The staff are great, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The store is always clean and inviting. Value Buds/Nova Cannabis is always my first choice when I am away from home.

Extremely pleased with the service here - absolutely no issues, a lot of suppliers seem to have increased the quality of their product as of late, making the prices here pretty much the best you can find. Staff goes above and beyond to help if you have any questions.

It's important to clarify that while they didn't provide medical advice, their thoughtful suggestions for someone new to cannabis ended up positively impacting my sleep. This establishment deserves far more recognition, and the gentleman on staff is exceptionally kind. His reliable expertise in suggesting the perfect cannabis product, coupled with his warm smile, truly sets this store apart. Personally, I cannot envision myself patronizing any other establishments. Fire and Flower has a wonderful boutique style shop. The amount of selection is incredible and the staff are very helpful and friendly! They even have a delivery service.

I was one of the very first customers of this establishment and I plan to frequent this store as long as possible. The atmosphere is excellent and homey and the staff are all wonderful at their jobs. Each worker has an amazing personality and style that is refreshing and their customer service is next level perfect. 10/10 amazing cannabis experience everytime I come in.
