The best out there! I have been using the mail order services for the last year and the staff is exceptional. Despite my annoying questions and emails they always treated me great. If I ever had any issues they always quickly resolved them. They once sent me the wrong bud, and resolved it so fast, and basically gave me a free ounce. They treat their patients very very well. I am going to miss this place. I am sorry for anyone who uses cannabis that doesn't know about this place. Not to mention their product really improved my life.

I've only ordered from their website, so I can't really say anything about their atmosphere. I've asked multiple questions that could potentially be embarrassing. As someone who is relatively new to using cannabis for insomnia, they have been nothing but professional and friendly toward any questions that I have. They have recently offered fantastic shipping rates to my area, which is very convenient for me as I don't live in close proximity to a dispensary. It also makes it easier for me to take advantage of their weekly specials which I always keep my eyeballs peeled for on Thursdays in my inbox. Everything arrives very well packaged and compared to other places I've been, their concentrates are fantastic quality. Thank YOU, Farmacy, for providing a convenient, efficient and reliable service. I was here for the first time a few weeks ago and got some Nebula for treating migraine headaches. I was astounded with the variety of products and their quality + superb packaging. So many strains to choose from, I wanted one of everything. Alas, the interior is reminiscent of an old Pharmacy one would have seen in the mid-late 19th century/ very early 1900s. Very classy! Staff seemed fairly knowledgeable on their strains though, I would suggest a little bit more background info as well as origin of the strain be made available for customers, especially those who are using it for medical purposes.

I order online, would love to visit the B&M location though. I've had numerous orders, all shipped speedy, correct items, best packaging I've seen yet. Their products are superior to many out there, I use primarily concentrate based products, almost everything I've tried head blown me away! Aside from their weekly specials, I've yet to find any coupon codes or online referral bonuses like some other places... Not a deal breaker, but would be nice when you're spending easily 1k per month on meds, which are not covered under benefits. Lastly, their capsules are the best I've tried, made right, with the right oil to deliver the meds.... They're just lovely, highly recommend. I'd like to see a multi pack, maybe a 10mg to 50mg pack or something like that.

I shop at the Farm Hillside, cuz parking is great, locale is accessible, and I don't generally have a clue what I am buying.... so look for guidance and clarification .... this evening, I came in to buy cbd... and had the extreme good fortune to have Erik as my go to guy! super abfab service, great attitude and just all around an easy going informative transaction... thanks for being groovy great Mr Erik... you made the experience a pleasure!

Farmacy was the very first dispensary I had ever went to, and they set the bar very high. Not only is the store clean, professional, and very accommodating, but their website is top notch and their products are amazing. Their staff have been very helpful and their response time for any questions, concerns, suggestions, and account issues has been awesome. And, not only have I been to the Farmacy physical location, but since leaving BC (I'm in Ontario now), switching to receiving product through mail order has been painless. They ship extremely fast (I get my orders within two business days), their selection is absolutely the best I have come across, their product is very high quality, and their prices are very reasonable with weekly specials.

This was my goto place before shops opened closer to me. It is generally good, but I find their selection to be hit or miss. The staffing has gone downhill a bit since opening and I find that I am made to feel rushed to finish my order, even when the shop is empty othetwise. Finally, a few times I have been recommended product that is dry, old, and expensive, so have wasted money on that front. Shop atmosphere is pretty meh. Super fancy and hipster. If that's your thing, cool, but I prefer a hole in the wall shop with great everything else than feeling like I am paying for a luxury shopping experience.

They set the bar HIGH.. I order online after having discovered it while visiting Victoria, and despite it being possibly the absolute furthest (geographically) dispensary from where I live (far, far away in Toronto), it is my primary go-to as an MMPR holder. I've yet to see any place with such a perfect balance of quality / price / professionalism / reliability / selection. I just wish there was a slightly cheaper shipping option (though it sure is fast).

Great dispensary! Membership was easy to acquire, knowledgeable and very kind staff, especially the doorman. The set up inside is good, people at the counter will help you with any symptom treatment or effect you may be looking for. Lack of edibles of extremely high potency like >400mg, but below that vast diversity of selection and good for anybody not like me who needs a regular dose and not 500mg to get off. Weed is good, indica selection is smaller than I'd like but is sufficient to satisfy my preference. Weekly sales are the bomb, 190$ ounces for multiple strains every week changes up, on Wednesday I believe. Definitely greater selection of concentrates, edibles, sativa, and hybrid, with only about 5 indica strains in recent weeks. Awesome store, highly recommend.

From setting up and having a Skype consultation for membership, to shopping in-person, and going through my first mail order, Farmacy's services are excellent. My mail order delivery arrived almost exactly 24 hours from the time I ordered it, and what I received was exactly what I had ordered. Substitutions were suggested by Farmacy staff if they were out of something I originally wanted. They have a huge variety from which to shop. I've mainly bought edibles which have been potent and great tasting, but the flowers are excellent as well. Even though Farmacy is 900 km from where I live, this is my only choice for a dispensary.

Mail order client, however, have visited the store and love the vibe. Quality of product is great - fair weights - decent pricing - excellent promotional deals!! Watch for the promos and save a lot of money on some fantastic products. Extremely relaxed and knowledgeable staff; good rotation of in-stock product; friendly; membership process was professional and efficient; fantastic website. They're diligent in all their communications, and go the extra distance in email dialogues and the like. Lightning fast shipment upon order processing - thanks Farmacy!! Top notch from start to finish . The intake for new membership was quick ,professional and not at all what I thought it would be. The waiting room was clean and well maintained with fresh water available to drink . The nurse was kind . The door man that greeted me was friendly and informative . He let me know about what to expect . once inside to make a purchase everything was smooth and quick . I knew already what I need to help me sleep and manage my pain but the girl their still offered up other suggestions . I bought what I came for as well some of her suggestions and I'm glad I listened to the bud tender . Amazing place great people . Thanks

Professional, clean, with kind and overall friendly service. amazing product selection, all are different flavours of awesome. Am going to be a happy camper now I am signed up, the quality is second to none. Exceedingly clean burning, obvious some quality control has occured before the customer, what weed should be. As well selection of edibles are extensive, I personally never really enjoyed edibles much till trying some of these professional grade products, from my experiencr so far more effective and less harmful then some of the pharma alternatives i have had to resort to previously, truly a top notch store...

I just received my first order from Farmacy and must say am so impressed and happy that I have found medical grade medicine for myself. I recently moved home to Winnipeg from Colorado where I was working in the industry down there. It's so difficult here to get proper medicine and street stuff is intolerable. I suffer from trauma and PTSD and without cannabis would still be addicted to pills. Thank you Farmacy for your stellar product, next day courier service, and friendly customer help when needed. This a great and well run dispensary. The staff is very helpful with the large selection of products. Their mail order is first rate, next day service and no substitutions. The concentrates are sourced and prepared locally in BC. All around excellent and much better than than many of their competitors.

I've been taking advantage of the mail order service for around a month now, & I have to say I was surprised. The email service & quality of the products (Concentrates, edibles & flower) I've ordered have been impressive each time. I've received all of my packages within a day or two of placing orders (Mon - Thurs, of course) All in all, I have to say if you're skeptical it's at least worth your while to do the super quick Skype interview & try some products that you might be curious about. The THC pills turned out to be amazing for treating my specific medical issues & were something I had never had access to previously. 4.5 stars overall for my experience thus far.

KEEP - outstanding customer service. LOSE - Liquid gold tips filled by patient at home. Big hassle. ADD - Keep a selection of "coffee shop classics" in stock. Add more info on strains, test results, specific THC/CBD content etc. CHANGE - provide an option for lower cost, but longer delivery. Revisit website design - less design background, more info.

This store is completely in a league apart from the rest in town. The flower is always fresh and you get a boveda pack in each container to keep it perfect. The downtown location is gorgeous in an old heritage building but looking clean and modern inside. Definitely will be recommending to friends and guests from out of town.

It took me 7 years to find the same quality bud that cant be labelized as B.C. BUDS. I think I found them from this dispensary. This is definitely a high end dispensary. If you are looking for something cheaper. There are many dispensaries everywhere. Their special is just as good as the ones that are regular price. Very helpful helping me choose my medicine. I would recommend to connosuiers only. If there is something that you cant find, they probably have it.

Best in town. Both locations are beautiful, incredibly welcoming, and the bud tenders are all as knowledgeable as they are friendly. Never had anything but the best service and the product is absolutely unreal. Nothing but the highest quality, with a ton of selection. Cannot recommend highly enough

Farmacy was the first dispensary I went to, I felt really safe knowing that the security was there. Its funny most dispensaries downtown don't even provide that comfort and it's way more susceptible to be robbed or something. Anyway I really enjoyed the staff and they knew exactly what to recommend. My store of choice. Thx guys
