Hi this is the second time in 2 weeks i had to visit store because i had trouble with vape stuff i purchased a flat mini and 2 versus cartriges when using my second cartrige my unit wouldnt work i called and talked to Garet he helped me find info on the web to try to trouble shoot my battery i thought was not charging i still couldnt figure out the problem so i went to your village mall site i was frustrated but Garet greeted me with a big smile and trouble shooted for me the problem was the cartrage i was not able to get my money back because it was past 14 days Garet was pleasent easy to talk to and informative one thing i learned was to check my cartrages right away to make sure they work so if it happens again i can return it promptly thankyou for your help not sure if im going to stick with the vapes i sure miss lighting that dubi after a hard day !
